DURATION OF COURSE:

Duration of B.U.M.S course shall be five years and six months comprising:

  • First Professional Session : 12 Months
  • Second Professional Session : 12 Months
  • Third Professional Session : 12 Months
  • Final Professional Session : 18 Months
  • Compulsory Rotatory Internship : 12 Months

Compulsory Rotatory Internship :

The duration of compulsory Rotatory Internship shall be one year and the student shall be eligible to join the compulsory internship programme after passing all subjects from first to final professional examinations.

Degree To Be Awarded :

The Student who have passed their B.U.M.S final prof,examination and have completed 12 months ratatory internship in the Hospital shall be awarded the degree of Kamil-e-Tib-o-Jarahat (B.U.M.S.) By University of Lucknow,Lucknow.

Attendence:

Minimum 75% attendance of the total lectures in each subject is compulsory for appearing at the annual examination
